Rates for Hall Rentals:
The rate for a standard 5 hour rental, with fewer than 50 guests is $700.00. Events with 50 or more guests require the employ of a server, whom we refer. We allow entry to the hall one hour before your event. Each additional hour (either before or after) is $200.00. We also require a separate $400.00 check which is held as a security deposit and is returned soon after your rental.
Types of Events:
We are able to rent the hall for most types of events but reserve the right to choose who we book to. We do not rent the hall for Sweet 16's.
Hall Capacity: Approximately 80 people can be comfortably seated in the main room, with seating for an additional 18 guests in the bar area. We usually limit event size to 100 guests.
Dance Floor:
We have a 13'x13' parquet dance floor available for rent for $100.00.
Do we have access to the entire hall?:
All renters have exclusive access to the entire facility, including the main room, bar top area, kitchen and rest rooms. Access behind the bar is restricted. Please note the kitchen has a refrigerator / freezer and microwave oven for renter use. There is no stove/oven or ice-maker.
What's included:
We provide both 60" round tables for seating (8 people each) and 72" rectangular tables for serving. We also provide upholstered folding chairs. The Knights provide a volunteer Event Host for every rental. The Host assists with setup, cleanup, bar service, and is available during the event to meet your needs. We exclusively provide bar service for your event. All beer/liquor is BYO, and served by a Council #1736 member with a "Certified Alcoholic Beverage Server Certificate". No linens, cutlery or other party supplies are provided.
Setup:
We allow access to the facility one hour prior to your event for setup. Requests for additional time to set up are subject to overtime charges.
Booking:
No date is considered booked until a contract, 50% rental deposit and security deposit are received.
